Day 00: Cochin arrival transfer to the Hotel

Day 01: COCHIN

Morning after breakfast proceed to Cochin sightseeing, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour around Cochin, the city famed as ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’, which takes you to Mattanchery Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays), St. Francis Church, the Oldest European Church in India, the Chinese Fishing Nets – living symbols of centuries Old Chinese influence. Stay Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 02: COCHIN-THEKKADY

Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel, proceed to Thekkady. Enjoy a drive through the spectacular countryside to arrive at the hill station of Thekkady (Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary). The very sound of the word “Thekkady” conjures up images of elephants, unending chains of hills and spice scented plantations. The Periyar forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India, and spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations and hill towns that hold great opportunities for treks and mountain walks. On arrival at Thekkady by noon time check into the hotel and proceed for a plantation visit subject to the climate and time permits. Evening boating at Periyar lake. Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: THEKKADY- ALLEPPEY (Backwater Cruise on full board basis)

On Arrival transfer to Alleppey board the Houseboat. Take a journey through the scenic backwaters with typical Kerala meals served on board by your private chef. Today you will enjoy boat cruise, it is an incredibly different experience to cruise in the backwaters in houseboats, absorbing the beauty of Kerala villages. The scenery flashes up vivid contrasts of breath-taking greens and deep blues. A journey through the curving and winding backwaters of Kerala is an experience of returning to nature. The fully furnished Houseboats take one to a fascinating cruise at a leisurely and relaxing place.

(The House boats are normally SGL/DBL/TPL bedrooms and it will be allocated subject to the no. of guests in the tour on that day. The houseboat have the facilities of a three star hotel accommodation with A/c bedroom, (20:00hrs 06:00 hrs) on board chef etc. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at House Boat as per in house menu. If any special items like prawns, crab, lobster and any other meat items will be charged extra, except chicken and normal fish. Optional Luxurious and private houseboats are available with additional costs. Stay overnight at Houseboat.

Day 04: DEPARTURE / Airport (Trivandrum) / Hotel Transfer

Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey OR if you are extending your stay proceed to that hotel.
